That belief has shaped every chapter of my career.

Before founding Brick & Willow Design Co., I spent more than eleven years in executive leadership with the a global sports organization, where I led high-value client relationships, negotiated multimillion-dollar partnerships, developed teams, and managed complex projects for some of the world's most recognized brands. Those experiences taught me that exceptional results are built on communication, organization, trust, and an unwavering commitment to the client experience.

Today, I bring that same philosophy to luxury residential design.

Whether I'm leading a full-home renovation or furnishing a single room, my role extends well beyond selecting finishes and furnishings. I guide every stage of the process—from establishing a clear vision and building the right team to managing budgets, coordinating contractors, overseeing procurement, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed. My goal is to create an experience that feels organized, collaborative, and enjoyable from beginning to end.
